US Alice Pack Rucksack Desert Chocolate Chip Camo Cover (Gulf War 1990-91)

Issued to US troops during the Gulf War 1990-91 as a more economical way to camoflauge the soldier. Most equipment of the time was woodland camo or green, like the ALICE Pack.
