Army Heer Dagger by Carl Eickhorn with “Glass Grip”

1935 Model Heer Army Dagger. Produced by the famous Carl Eickhorn firm. This dagger is mint throughout. The dagger has the 12 leaf pommel and type 3 crossguard with a beautiful matching patina. What really sets this dagger apart from the rest is the rare and desirable glass, amber type B grip. The scabbard is completely dent free and has the one screw on the reverse. The blade is mint with all crossgrain remaining only showing slight runner marks. This example also has the second Eickhorn maker mark, dating this dagger to about 1936-37. One of the nicest glass grip daggers I have seen and getting very hard to find.
