US Army Kevlar Helmet PASGT with Manual

This is a great opportunity to add a new unused Kevlar Helmet to your collection. This is a size medium and produced by Speciality Plastic Products. Which is a rare find. Most I have seen are from Unicor Industries. Helmet does not have the chinstrap and I assume it would be put on a unit level when issued, just never made it that far. The Manual has a print date of 2000. So I would put a prduction date between 2000 and 2003, because not long after the design changed.
