13 Waffen Gebirgs-Division der SS, Kroat. Nr. 1 Division collar tab.  The 13th was one of the foreign “volunteer” units that was stood up late into the war to increase SS troops for the war effort. This tab would be mint if not having what appears to be removed from a scrapbook. Displays great!
