Early Gebr. Bohme Nachfl. Brotterode SA Dagger with Hanger

Here we have an early SA dagger by Gebr. Bohme Nachfl. Brotterode. The upper and lower crossguards remain in beautiful condition with the lower crossguard having the Gruppen mark Sa from Sachsen. Grip is in excellent condition showing only minor wear. The scabbard has the proper nickel fittings and the screws do not appear to have ever been turned. The body of the scabbard has no dents or dingsand fininh remains about 99% and only the lower fitting has a couple minor “door dings” and a drop to the bottom of the ball. Hanger is attached and remains in very good condition and marked OLC. The Blade looks to be near mint with cross grain remaining and beautiful dark motto and maker mark. This maker is ranked 5 on the McSarr scale and 6 in the Siegert book with production numbers of 6,000. Overall a beautiful example and harder to find in this condition.
